Fenwick and West, LLP, Diebold, Ferro and Sherwin Williams. She’s had the opportunity to lead over 15
professional career consultants in an outplacement company. With her extensive years in human
resources and career coaching she has been trained to see the bigger picture for her clients while using
tools and resources to enhance their career search experience. Kim has prepared clients for the job they
want or career path desired, and together they take steps toward positive results.
Through Kim’s own past job loss experience and as a former HR Managing Director for a global
corporation, which included managing company reorganizations, she has experienced and understands
the feelings of job transition, as well as the experience of having to reduce a workforce.
Kim has been owner of EnVision Career Design, LLC, for over five years. She trained with Career Coach
Institute as a Career Coach, and with Comprehensive Coach Institute VIP Program, as a Life Coach. Kim
holds a bachelors degree in business administration with a focus in strategic management. She has over
25 years of human resources management and career coaching experience. Kim has been a member in
several professional organizations including Coachville, both national and local chapters of the Society of
Human Resources (SHRM), Career Management Alliance (CMA), Human Capital Institute (HCI), Institute
for Purposeful Entrepreneurship (IPE), and International Coaching Federation (ICF).
