 Koushin(vendor) stays near college street.
 He is 3o years old.
 Averagely educated
 .
 He is married. He has two daughters.
 He brings fruit from burrabazar at 6 a.m to salt lake by bus.
 He runs his shop from 8 a.m to 7 p.m.

TARGET CUSTOMERS
He targets mainly on the office goers as a glass of juice
would be much preferred than other soft drinks.
As there are B-schools near by students also come from
there for a refreshment.
People who come to watch movies in RDB and Big
Cinemas also go to have a glass of juice.
The flying customers also tend to go to his shop as it is
the only juice shop in the area.
Customers who are not willing to overspend money at
costly cafeterias or shops are also targeted by him.
Why he keeps variety???
 Because of customer’s preference.
 To increase his sales.
 To increase his monthly profit.
Strength
 Only this centre selling juices at affordable price
 Providing juice in time
 He likes to make juices
 He has specialization in mixing creating new types of
juices
Weakness
 He is the owner as well as the only member
 Stall size is very small
 Niche customer base
 No facility of take away
 There is no sitting arrangement for customers.
Opportunity
 Garnering a huge customer base as people are
becoming more health conscious avoiding cold drinks.
 The area mostly has snacks food centres,the customers
would thus have an opportunity to wash down food
with fruit juice later.
 He can sell also fruit salad.
Threats
 Cold drink sold by other shops.

Entrepreneur- Koushin Juice Center

  • 3. About Koushin  Koushin(vendor) stays near college street.  He is 3o years old.  Averagely educated  .  He is married. He has two daughters.  He brings fruit from burrabazar at 6 a.m to salt lake by bus.  He runs his shop from 8 a.m to 7 p.m.
  • 5. TARGET CUSTOMERS He targets mainly on the office goers as a glass of juice would be much preferred than other soft drinks. As there are B-schools near by students also come from there for a refreshment. People who come to watch movies in RDB and Big Cinemas also go to have a glass of juice. The flying customers also tend to go to his shop as it is the only juice shop in the area. Customers who are not willing to overspend money at costly cafeterias or shops are also targeted by him.
  • 6. Why he keeps variety???  Because of customer’s preference.  To increase his sales.  To increase his monthly profit.
  • 7. Strength  Only this centre selling juices at affordable price  Providing juice in time  He likes to make juices  He has specialization in mixing creating new types of juices
  • 8. Weakness  He is the owner as well as the only member  Stall size is very small  Niche customer base  No facility of take away  There is no sitting arrangement for customers.
  • 9. Opportunity  Garnering a huge customer base as people are becoming more health conscious avoiding cold drinks.  The area mostly has snacks food centres,the customers would thus have an opportunity to wash down food with fruit juice later.  He can sell also fruit salad.
  • 10. Threats  Cold drink sold by other shops.
