The results showed that of Leadership Style has positive and significant influence on Employment Relationship. Organizational Climate has positive and significant influence on Work Relationship. Leadership Style has positive and significant influence on Organizational Climate.

The study data was gathered from employees working in SRF (P) Ltd to examine the perception of organisational climate and its impact on quality of service offered by the company. The population of the study is 850 and the sample of 118 is collected through convenient sampling technique. Collected data are analysed with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).

This research aims to analyze empirically the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, motivation, and competencies on civil servants performance in mediation is job satisfaction. The design of this research using survey method with the collection of the data in cross-section through the questionnaire. Determination of a sample using simple random sampling with the total number of respondents as much as 265 employees. Methods of analysis of data used in hypothesis testing are the analysis moments of structures. This research provide evidence that leadership style, organizational culture and competence of a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction, while the negative effect of motivation but Significantly to job satisfaction. Then the leadership style and organizational culture is positive but not significant effect on civil servants performance and motivation as well as competence and job satisfaction the positive and significant effect on the civil servants performance. Job satisfaction is not as mediating variable in explaining the effect of leadership styles and organizational culture on the civil servants performance, while on the other mediation of job satisfaction testing proved to be a full mediation in analyzing the effect of motivation and competencies on the civil servants performance.

Aim: This study has been done with the aim of determining coaches organızatıonal commıtment levelsand attended by n=60 coaches who work in the city of Corum Provincial Directorate of Youth Service and Sports. Material and Method: In this study, Organizational Commitment Scale with three dimensions (Affective Commitment, Continuity Commitment and Normative Commitment) developed by Allen Meyer (1990) has been performed. Kruskal Vallisand Mann-Whitney U Test have been used in the statistical analysis of the data. Findings: In the study findings, it is clear that the levels of organizational commitment levels don’t become different in any sub-dimensions according to gender, ages and education conditions differs(p>0.05). When the perceptions connected with the organizational commitment levels are compared according to the marital status, it is discovered that affective commitment sub-scale in married persons is higher (p<0.01).>0.05). It is detected thatthe rate of continuity commitment of people who gave positive answer to the question of “Are there any persons who are interested in sports in your family?” Is higher statistically than those who gave negative answer to that question (p<0.01). Result: It is found that married coaches’affective commitment levels are higher than single ones. This condition shows that the sense of responsibility for married coaches increases their affective commitments to their organizations. Additionally, continuity commitment of the coaches in whose family there are persons interested in sports is higher. It might be evaluated that the continuity commitment of the coaches in whose family there are persons interested in sportsis higher because of their sportive culture they took from their family members.

Well Being, Fairness, and Supervisor’s Ability and Support IJSRP Journal
To maximize work outcomes and increase the opportunity for organizations to achieve their goals in today’s society, organizations must prioritize their employees’ well-being. Research suggests that several factors can impact employees including: affective well-being, employee perception of fairness, perception of supervisors’ skills and Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors (FSSB). To investigate the relationship between employees' affective well-being, their perceptions of fairness, their perceived ability and FSSB, a study was conducted using a total of 395 participants, who were selected using convenience sampling. Participants completed a survey by answering three questionnaires, which measured the constructs, and the pertinent demographics. The instruments used were the Job-related Affective Well-being Scale (JAWS), the Equity/Fairness subscale from the International Personality Item Pool, the Ability subscale, and the Creative work-family management subscale from the Handbook of Management Scales, respectively. Results of this study found a moderate positive correlation between employees’ affective well-being and the following variables: perception of fairness (r=.301, p=.000), perceived supervisor’s ability (r=.401, p=.000), and FSSB (r=.377, p=.000), as well as between employees’ perception of fairness and managerial skills of their supervisors (r=.347, p=.000). Findings confirmed hypotheses and the relationship among variables. The study’s findings have implications for managers’ performance and for HR practices.

Teachers’ Organizational Commitment in Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Tara...Nagima Sarsenbayeva
This study concerned the personal- and environmental factors that affect the organizational commitment of teachers at Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Physics and Mathematics (NIS) in Taraz, Kazakhstan. Understanding the relations between these variables clarified their significance and effect on teachers’ organizational commitment (OC). The purpose of the study was to examine the level of OC at the study site and to analyze the personal and environmental factors influencing teacher organizational commitment. Relevant factors from the literature were synthesized into personal characteristics, personal- and environmental factors. An initial conceptual framework connecting the factors was developed. The three-component model consisting of affective-, normative- and continuance organizational commitment (Allen and Meyer, 1990) was adopted. Total sampling or census sampling was used in this study to select the participants. A total sampling of 135 teachers from the target school was used. The data was gathered using self-administered questionnaires in English, Russian and Kazakh languages with a response rate of 98 percent. This study adopted a causal-comparative quantitative methodology. Respondents rated the global organizational commitment above the midpoint of the scale. Average affective- and normative commitment were rated above the mid-point of the assessment scale while average continuous commitment was rated below it. All environmental- and 81 percent of the personal factors were rated as affecting global organizational commitment. None of the personal- or environmental factor showed a statistically significant correlation with OC. Overall, organizational commitment is fairly healthy at the study site. The study documented confirmed some of the findings from the literature reviewed.

Abstract A new research area linked to ethics, virtues,
and morality is servant leadership. Scholars are currently
seeking publication outlets as critics debate whether this
new leadership theory is significantly distinct, viable, and
valuable for organizational success. The aim of this study
was to identify empirical studies that explored servant
leadership theory by engaging a sample population in order
to assess and synthesize the mechanisms, outcomes, and
impacts of servant leadership. Thus, we sought to provide
an evidence-informed answer to how does servant leader-
ship work, and how can we apply it? We conducted a sys-
tematic literature review (SLR), a methodology adopted
from the medical sciences to synthesize research in a sys-
tematic, transparent, and reproducible manner. A disci-
plined screening process resulted in a final sample
population of 39 appropriate studies. The synthesis of these
empirical studies revealed: (a) there is no consensus on the
definition of servant leadership; (b) servant leadership
theory is being investigated across a variety of contexts,
cultures, and themes; (c) researchers are using multiple
measures to explore servant leadership; and (d) servant
leadership is a viable leadership theory that helps organi-
zations and improves the well-being of followers. This
study contributes to the development of servant leadership
theory and practice. In addition, this study contributes to the
methodology for conducting SLRs in the field of manage-
ment, highlighting an effective method for mapping out
thematically, and viewing holistically, new research topics.
We conclude by offering suggestions for future research.

social influence processes in the behavioral sciences. This is
because the success of all economic, political, and organi-
zational systems depends on the effective and efficient
guidance of the leaders of these systems (Barrow 1977). A
critical factor to understanding the success of an organiza-
tion, then, is to study its leaders. Leadership is a skill used to
influence followers in an organization to work enthusiasti-
cally towards goals specifically identified for the common
good (Barrow 1977; Cyert 2006; Plsek and Wilson 2001).
Great leaders create a vision for an organization, articulate
the vision to the followers, build a shared vision, craft a path
to achieve the vision, and guide their organizations into new
directions (Banutu-Gomez and Banutu-Gomez 2007; Kotter

Introduction
Nowadays, change is inevitable for most organizations, and applying effective organizational change could direct organizations to reach a competitive advantage (Armenakis & Harris, 2009; Clegg & Walsh, 2004). In most cases the effort in achieving success in organizations fails due to the lack of people’s commitment and misdiagnosis of change (Armenakis & Harris, 2009; Oreg, 2003). Therefore, in relation to my previous experience and relevant studies, I will argue that leaders support in leading the change, Human Resource Management (HRM) intervention and the process of building commitment in organizations will enhance the success probability of change. The outline of the reflective journal will be as follows. The first section will be highlighting reflective observations of these three topics, and the second section will give an abstract generalisation where it shows the relationship between these three topics in the change management context. Subsequently, the application of the principles in my future career will be discussed. Finally, conclusion will be provided in the final section. Reflective Observation
HRM planning and intervention are encompassing all steps of the change process framework adopted from Härtel and Fujimoto (2010). Molineux (2013) found that the implementation of systemic HRM is considered to have a strategic function in change management. The ideas of systemic HRM have not been applied in my organization where the HR practices are not integrated well. Strategic HRM intervention could enhance the change enablers in the organization in an effort to increase the probability of success (Al-Haddad & Kotnour, 2015). Jiang et al. (2012) in their research construct the HR system and define the relationships within the system which is influencing employees’ abilities, motivation and opportunities. The relationships within the HR system have gained comprehensive understanding of how the process works and how it aligns with business strategy. Nowadays, strategic HRM intervention from transactional to transformational activities has made HR professionals gain more strategic values which also relates to organizations’ performance (Buller & McEvoy, 2012). In my opinion, E-HRM and/or outsourcing HR role play important roles in supporting the shift, as it is provide time for HR practitioner to work more in strategic role. From my experience, the application of E-HRM is not as easy as it seems, due to the lack of knowledge, skills and readiness with new technology. Therefore, Parry (2014) suggests that organisations should carefully design and implement E-HRM to adjust with the condition of members in organizations.

The Theory of Constraints (TOC) is a methodology for identifying the most important limiting factor — i.e. constraint — and systematically improving it. It was developed by Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt, introduced in 1984 book, The Goal.
TOC differs from traditional management views, in that traditional methods seek to make improvements throughout the organization. They divide the organization into smaller, more manageable pieces. The objective, thus, is to maximize the performance of each part, resulting in global improvement.
On the other hand, TOC takes a more focused approach. Instead of improving everywhere, the TOC approach seeks only to improve the few variables (or constraints) that have the largest impact on the organization’s performance. By trying to improve everything everywhere, the risk is that nothing will be improved that really counts. TOC follows the adage “a chain is no stronger than its weakest link.” An interesting phenomenon about chains is that strengthening any link except the weakest one does not improve the strength of the whole chain. Strengthening the weakest link produces an immediate increase in the strength of the whole chain, but only up to the level of the next weakest link.
There are 3 types of constraints that exist in an organization:
Capacity Constraint. This constraint occurs when a resource which cannot provide timely capacity as demanded by the system.
Market Constraint. This is when the amount of customers orders is not sufficient to sustain the required growth of the system.
Time Constraint. This occurs when the response time of the system to the requirement of the market is too long to the extent that it jeopardizes the system’s ability to meet its current commitment to its customers as well as the ability of winning new business.

1. Positive Deviance from Standardization at Professional Level: An Investigation
Motivation and Literature
The effects of standardization of processes on organizational performance (Taylor, 1911; Adler, 1993a;
1993b; Adler & Borys, 1996; Benner & Tushman, 2003) and individual performance (Cohen &
Bacdayan, 1994; Cohen, 2006, 2007) have been studied extensively. Taylor, (1911) and Deming (1986)
found that standardization of processes has positive impact on performance and increases efficiency.
Standardization has also been studied as a mechanism for embedding individual learning into
organizational learning through standardized routines (Nelson & Winter, 1982) or problem-solving
processes (March & Simon, 1993; March 1991). From an operations perspective, quality management
techniques such as Total Quality Management (TQM) (Deming, 1986; Crosby, 1979; Juran, 1986;
Powell, 1995), Lean management (Shah & Ward, 2003, 2007; White et al, 1999), Six Sigma (Linderman
et al, 2003; Schroeder et al, 2008; Hahn et al, 2000), all involve standardization of business processes
and have been adopted by prominent corporations around the world, even in healthcare (Balck & Revere,
2006; Motwani et al, 1996). Although standardization brings positive outcomes, it faces resistance from
employees of the organization (Pentland & Feldman, 2005), as it challenges and changes their ways of
everyday work (Becker et al, 2005). Consequently, individuals deviate from standard process using their
own cognitive abilities and this deviant behavior can be negative or positive, when observed from the
outcomes’ perspective (Lawrence & Robinson, 2007).
Counter to common belief, the deviance is not necessarily positive (Spreitzer & Sonenshein, 2004) or
negative within itself, rather depends on the context and environmental contingencies (Kaplan et al,
2004). In the book, “Power of Positive Deviance”, Marsh et al (2004, p3) defined positive deviance as a
phenomenon when an individual, working with same resources as peers; provide a better outcome
against the established norm. Spreitzer & Sonenshein (2003, p3) stated, “The positive deviance:
intentional behaviors that depart from the norms of a referent group in honorable ways”. Employee
deviance has been studied extensively in applied psychology literature. It has been defined as positive
or negative deviance (Spreitzer & Sonenshein, 2003); or constructive or destructive deviance in
organizations (Warren, 2003). Empirically, there a few studies exploring possible antecedents to
employee deviance (Bolin & Heatherly, 2001; Harris & Ogbonna, 2002) in multi-national organizations
(manufacturing), but not in knowledge-intensive setting (Robinson & Bennett, 1995; Lau et al, 2003).
Moreover, the unit of analysis in these studies has been individual only, while professional level is quite
crucial in healthcare (Fagermoen, 1997; Pratt et al, 2006). In the context of healthcare, this positive
deviant behavior is keenly observable (Banja, 2010), but has not been investigated at profession as unit
of level of analysis. In my research, I am studying “what” are the antecedents to the positive deviance
from standardization at professional level and “how” it affects the performance of employees from same
profession.
Research Setting
Intermount Health Care (IHC), provides an apt and apposite setting to investigate the positive deviance
from standardization. In 2002, IHC began organization-wide Clinical Integration by standardizing the
