This document outlines the policy for a computer loan and two-wheeler loan for permanent employees. For the two-wheeler loan, employees can receive up to Rs. 40,000 or 80% of the vehicle cost after 6 months. The payment will be made directly to the dealer. that also based on the requirement / exigency and availability of budget.
9. An amount equivalent to 15% of the earned Bonus shall be deducted from the bonus.
10. The normal procedure is after the approval from HR, employee need to get the matter printed on a

TL/TH/HOD signature on the application with mention of his name, department & Employee No.
3. The amount to be sanctioned is either Rs. 40,000=00 or 80% of the cost of the vehicle, whichever is lower
as Loan amount.
4. The employee need to obtain a quotation from the Dealer.
5. The payment shall be made by cheque favoring the Dealer. No cash payment will be made.
6. The employees at Branches can send the request application over mail with approval of the BM to HR for
action and information. Rest of the formalities are same.
7. There is no waiting time and loan disbursement is instant.
8. An amount equivalent to 30% of the earned Bonus shall be deducted from Bonus.
9. The normal procedure is after the approval from HR, employee need to get the matters printed on a Rs. 10/-
Non Judicial Stamp paper (1st page) and the rest on white sheet. He/She need to get a surety (LG
Employee) and both have to sign on all the pages. The amount is recoverable in 24 EMI.

4. 12. will issue a cheque favoring the Dealer for the full amount. This can be collected from Finance department
within 10 days from submission of the documents as mentioned above. However in case it is the case of
Branch employee, then the same process to be followed, but the cheque shall be issued by Branch & debit
note sent to HO for settlement.
13. The vehicle need to be purchased in the name of and shall be transferred in the name of Employee only
once he / she completes 24 months tenure & after full payment of the loan.
14. After the purchase of the 2 Wheeler, the employee without fail must submit documents like a) Photocopy of
the RC, b) Original Invoice, c) Photocopy of the Insurance paid to Accounts department (The person
responsible for Fixed Assets) within 10 days of purchase of Vehicle.
15. The employee after that should get in touch with Accounts for Sale Invoice and GA (HR & MS) for necessary
transfer forms.
16. In case the employee leaves the Organization before completion of 24 months, then in that case whole
depreciation amount will be recovered from the employee.
