(PKNS) was founded on 1st August 1964 under
the Selangor State Development Corporation
Enactment, 1964, as a corporate body and an
agency for development at state level.

7. CONCLUSION
As for conclusion, majority of the employee
are generally ok with their work and the rest are
totally satisfied.
The employees also do not have much
problem on work and motivate them to come
early to office and assigned the work that have
been given. The company are able to give them
what they need and wants in order to achieve the
organization’s goal.
