1) no initiative and low energy
2) gossip, complaining, blaming (not taking responsibility)
3) spending time doing "something else":
 Internet/Social Media
 high frequency of break room visits
 extended/frequent breaks (coffee/cigarette/etc.)
 showing up late/leaving early
4) avoid speaking to managers
5) no drive to improve.
