There is no “come back home” time
Sitting all day in the same area in front of a computer
It is difficult to socialize as we do at school

There is no special training when you get into the company
People get anxious about the change
Job searching platforms are not user friendly at all
It is a difficult changing period/ life transition

Being from a different country and having different language can make this process more difficult.
In school they should teach students to develop skills for different type of jobs.
Business is very different around the world
