BIMINI BAY RESORT APRIL 2014 – NOVEMBER 2014 
Chief Operations Manager and Security Director 
Responsibilities: 
 Owner Representative Liaison between joint venture owners and leadership team. 
 Protected the owner’s interest. 
 Managed staff of 350-450 persons. 
 Oversee the day to day running of the company/operation, which involved a 500-room hotel construction, high-end homes, container park operation, shipping department, warehouse department, and work orders for Resort Word, assigned work crew for Opac Bahamas/Ravbahamas, assigned work crew for work to be done at Resort World property, attend meetings with Resort World officials. 
 Managed of office, computer/payroll department, security department, and construction warehouse department, Container Park and monitor hotel, airport, Resort World and home projects. 
 Head office department meetings. 
 Head construction department meeting, to ensure projects were on schedule and address any issues that may arise. 
 Ordered materials for the project and day to day running of the operations. 
 Worked with the management team to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies and practices. 
 Participated in team meetings to ensure clear actions are documented and committed enabling timeline achievement. 
 Responsible for making decisions regarding the appropriate risk during construction. 
 Provides guidance for team members in close collaboration with their direct supervisor
