Conceptually, motivation should not be confused with either volition or optimism. Motivation is related to, but distinct from, emotion.
Exploratory research on fashion accessories
Fashion accessories are decorative items that supplement one's garment, such as jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, sunglasses, pins, stockings, bow ties, leg warmers, leggings, neckties, suspenders, and tights.
Accessories add color, style and class to an outfit, and create a certain look, but they may also have practical functions. Handbags are for carrying small necessary items, hats protect the face from weather elements, Laptops provide mobile connectivity and are used to increase work power and gloves keep the hands warm.
Many accessories are produced by clothing design companies. However, there has been an increase in individuals creating their own brand name by designing and making their own label of accessories.
Accessories may be used as external visual symbols of religious or cultural affiliation: Crucifixes, Jewish stars, Islamic headscarves, skullcaps and turbans are common examples. Designer labels on accessories are perceived as an indicator of social status.
Accessories are also available in the form of bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and shoelace accessories.
Stress in work
Workplace stress is the harmful physical and emotional response that occurs when there is a poor match between job demands and the capabilities, resources, or needs of the worker
Stress-related disorders encompass a broad array of conditions, including psychological disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder) and other types of emotional strain (e.g., dissatisfaction, fatigue, tension, etc.), maladaptive behaviors (e.g., aggression, substance abuse), and cognitive impairment (e.g., concentration and memory problems). In turn, these conditions may lead to poor work performance or even injury. Job stress is also associated with various biological reactions that may lead ultimately to compromised health, such as cardiovascular disease or in extreme cases, death.
Workers Participation In Management
The concept of WPM is a broad and complex one. Depending on the socio-political environment and
cultural conditions, the scope and contents of participation change.
International Institute of Labour Studies: WPM is the participation resulting from the practices
which increase the scope for employees’ share of influence in decision-making at different tiers of
organizational hierarchy with concomitant (related) assumption of responsibility.
ILO: Workers’ participation, may broadly be taken to cover all terms of association of workers and
their representatives with the decision-making process, ranging from exchange of information, consultations, decisions and negotiations, to more institutionalized forms such as the presence of workers’ member on management or supervisory boards or even management by workers themselves (as practiced in Yugoslavia).
The main implications of workers’ participation in management as summarized by ILO:
• Workers have ideas which can be useful;
• Workers may work more intelligently if they are informed about the reasons for and the
intention of decisions that are taken in a participative atmosphere
E commerce
Electronic commerce has existed for over 40 years and has evolved from electronic data interchange between businesses to include e-business conducted over the internet. There are two main business models - business-to-consumer which involves selling directly to consumers online, and business-to-business which facilitates transactions between businesses electronically. Key drivers of e-commerce include technological, political, social and economic factors, while essential processes support functions like security, personalization, payments and collaboration.

A data warehouse is a central relational database that contains all measurements about a business or an organisation. But designing a data warehouse correctly is a hard task, which requires gathering information about the business processes that need to be analysed in the first place.
