The document summarizes a research project called LIA that aims to improve science teacher education. LIA focuses on developing pre-service teachers' skills in assessing scientific information, argumentation, and liberal education. It involved experiments where teachers planned open-ended experiments, analyzed their results, and discussed the role of argumentation in science. Preliminary findings showed teachers needed to improve their use of scientific concepts and precision when planning, analyzing and discussing experiments.

- The document provides parents with tips to help their children succeed in school and stay safe. It emphasizes establishing routines like regular sleep schedules, doing homework in a central location, and limiting extracurricular activities to prevent burnout.
- It also recommends monitoring children's media consumption and playmates to prevent exposure to inappropriate content or bullying behaviors. Parents should supervise internet use and restrict access to adult content.
- With guidance, children will be better equipped to face challenges and move forward in a positive manner.
The document discusses key trends for multi-channel retail in 2010, including increased customer engagement through social media, the importance of mobile channels, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. It focuses on how established retailers can retain advantages when competitors adopt multi-channel strategies, the most important activities like customer engagement, and how pure online retailers can compete through innovation, new channels, and cross-channel experiences.
Motivation is the activation or energization of goal-orientated behavior. Motivation is said to be intrinsic or extrinsic. The term is generally used for humans but, the erotically, it can also be used to describe the causes for animal behavior as well. This article refers to human motivation. According to various theories, motivation may be rooted in the basic need to minimize physical pain and maximize pleasure, or it may include specific needs such as eating and resting, or a desired object, hobby, goal, state of being, ideal, or it may be attributed to less-apparent reasons such as altruism, selfishness, morality, or avoiding mortality. Conceptually, motivation should not be confused with either volition or optimism. Motivation is related to, but distinct from, emotion.
Fashion accessories are decorative items that supplement one's garment, such as jewelry, gloves, handbags, hats, belts, scarves, watches, sunglasses, pins, stockings, bow ties, leg warmers, leggings, neckties, suspenders, and tights.
Accessories add color, style and class to an outfit, and create a certain look, but they may also have practical functions. Handbags are for carrying small necessary items, hats protect the face from weather elements, Laptops provide mobile connectivity and are used to increase work power and gloves keep the hands warm.
Many accessories are produced by clothing design companies. However, there has been an increase in individuals creating their own brand name by designing and making their own label of accessories.
Accessories may be used as external visual symbols of religious or cultural affiliation: Crucifixes, Jewish stars, Islamic headscarves, skullcaps and turbans are common examples. Designer labels on accessories are perceived as an indicator of social status.
Accessories are also available in the form of bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and shoelace accessories.
Workplace stress is the harmful physical and emotional response that occurs when there is a poor match between job demands and the capabilities, resources, or needs of the worker
Stress-related disorders encompass a broad array of conditions, including psychological disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder) and other types of emotional strain (e.g., dissatisfaction, fatigue, tension, etc.), maladaptive behaviors (e.g., aggression, substance abuse), and cognitive impairment (e.g., concentration and memory problems). In turn, these conditions may lead to poor work performance or even injury. Job stress is also associated with various biological reactions that may lead ultimately to compromised health, such as cardiovascular disease or in extreme cases, death.
The concept of WPM is a broad and complex one. Depending on the socio-political environment and
cultural conditions, the scope and contents of participation change.
International Institute of Labour Studies: WPM is the participation resulting from the practices
which increase the scope for employees’ share of influence in decision-making at different tiers of
organizational hierarchy with concomitant (related) assumption of responsibility.
ILO: Workers’ participation, may broadly be taken to cover all terms of association of workers and
their representatives with the decision-making process, ranging from exchange of information, consultations, decisions and negotiations, to more institutionalized forms such as the presence of workers’ member on management or supervisory boards or even management by workers themselves (as practiced in Yugoslavia).
The main implications of workers’ participation in management as summarized by ILO:
• Workers have ideas which can be useful;
• Workers may work more intelligently if they are informed about the reasons for and the
intention of decisions that are taken in a participative atmosphere

EN PÅSTAND
«To milliarder mennesker
kloden over er på nett.
Sosiale medier brukes til å
forandre verden. De velter
regjeringer og gigant-
konserner. Starter kriger.
Stanser kriger. Tvinger oss
til å konstruere en ny
verdensøkonomi.
Organiserer mediene på nye
måter. Ingenting vil bli som
før.»
Don Tapscott i uke 11 på South by Southwest referert i Aftenposten

ET SKILLE
Digitalt innfødte versus digitale innflyttere
• Er unge mennesker i dag er fundamentalt
forskjellig fra ungdom som vokste opp før
den digitale tidsalder, spesielt www og web
2.0?
• De har i hvert fall noen andre erfaringer?
Tilbakeblikk:
• ARPANET i 1969, 1971 var 15 maskiner
koblet sammen
• Norge kom med i 1973
• Email kom i 1972
• WWW kom i 1993
• Facebook lansert i 4. februar 2004

TIDLIG START
Det unge barnet får tidlig en digital identitet
"Hi mommy, it's your son!!...hold on I have
bad reception in here."
6. 6
DIN DIGITALE IDENTITET
Vi skaper vår digitale identitet
(footprint) enten vi vil eller
ikke. Da er det viktig å tenke
gjennom hvordan jeg vil
oppfattes.
Dagens ungdom har hele livet
på «nettet», vi andre
rekonstruerer og digitaliserer
våre analoge erfaringer og
publiserer dem. Googling er
blitt et vanlig begrep på norsk,
men husk at flere har samme
navn!

PRIVAT ELLER OFFENTLIG?
Tilfellet Andresen
«Etter at tobakksvirksomheten
ble solgt og konsernet
omdannet til Ferd, ble han
raskt ledende i Norge på
sosialt entreprenørskap.
Litt business, litt fluefiske,
enkelte hjemme-alene
fortellinger, dikting,
entusiasme rundt nynorske
twitterpoeter er hans
områder.»

ledig (entydig).
Du kan også bruke en epostadresse du
allerede har og lage deg en Googlekonto
– se neste lysbilde.
Mange av Googletjenestene kan du bruke
uavhengig av plattform og
