Event in a Box™
This online solution is designed to
help busy exhibit managers coordinate
multiple events anywhere in the
world - specifically, smaller shows
using portables and shell schemes.
It provides the frontline user with the
support they need, empowering them
to make better display decisions,
relieving the exhibit manager from
the stress of tracking and fulfilling
everyone’s exhibit needs.
The concept is simple: What your
company decides to put in the box – its
display properties (pop-ups, table-
tops, etc.) and its graphics (approved
images) – are all that the user sees to
make their selection, eliminating the risk
of having outdated graphics on display.
The online tool provides a dashboard
for the exhibit manager to view/control
all the events where employees
or representatives are exhibiting.
Typically, the end-user places the
order and fulfillment is accomplished
by EPM (using your own equipment
or EPM rentals).
All event orders are tracked by an
EPM Project Manager. Using our
worldwide network of partners, exhibit
properties and graphics are sourced
locally and deployed to events as cost-
effectively and as quickly as possible.
The basic tool can be customized to
serve your unique exhibit requirements.

Next, the user sees an overview
of all events he or she is working
on, and the status of each one.
The Box can accommodate whatever
display items you choose to include
(pop-up booth, table-top display, etc.);
as well as the approved graphic layouts.

Mobile exhibit solutions come in all

From 18-wheel big rigs to portable

traveling exhibit requires near-fanatical
attention to detail.
Most recently, EPM produced the
FlexEfficiency 60 Combined Cycle
Power Plant Truck Tour, which traveled
more than 30,000 miles from Canada to
Mexico for one-day events in 27 cities.
