What is Sunburn?
 EDM festival bring together Music,Entertainment,food
and shopping.
 Launched in 2007 it is considered asia’s largest music
festival.
 Sunburn was ranked the 9Th best festival in the world by
CNN in 2009.
 Sunburn has many well known artists playing
simultaneously.

Concept 1: The Sunburn Marathon
 A five days event.
 Will happen across for metropolitan cities nationwide viz;
 Mumbai
 Kolkata
 Delhi
 Bengaluru
 The Finale would culminate in Goa.
 Having the media partners coer the event

Advantages
 Spreading the EDM Culture.
 People need not travel to one common
destination.
 Increase in sales by tapping the major
metropolitan cities.
 Creating a buzz in the minds of the people and
reinstating the brand in the minds of the people.

Disadvantages
 Increased Overheads.
 Tight schedule for the artists.
 Need for more Manpower.

Concept 2: Conventional Sunburn
 Tie up with travel agencies to reduce travelling
expenses for people attending sunburn.
 Associations with social campaigns to built a
good image. For ex; donations made to people
affected by the chennai floods.
 Heavy promotions at pubs, disco’s, clubs and high
end restrobar’s.

 Broadcasting live on youtube and installation
of projector’s at clubs, cafe’s and high end
restrobar’s.
 A rain dance segment could be added to the
programme list to entice more crowds.
 Airing Sunburn advertisements on music
channels would help create more awareness
