8.  The deadline for portfolio submission
is week 13 (April 6-11, 2015)

9.  3 out of 15 points will be deducted if they do
not participate in tutorial session. (only
Beginner level student)

10.  5 out of 15 points will be deducted if they are
absent from applying to be a tutor.
 As they are tutors for 3 times, those who have
tutored in only 1 or 2 sessions are to produce self-
study materials to make up for the missed
session(s), for instance, 1 piece of self-study
materials for one missed session. (5 points for each
piece)
 Those who have already registered but have not
been contacted by any beginners for tutoring are to
produce 3 pieces of 4-page self-study materials in
lieu of tutoring. (5 points for each piece)
