Ella Lorraine Tarnate is a yoga instructor qualified through Yoga Alliance with training in pranayama, hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa and power yoga. She aims to bring empowerment and renewal to her students through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana. Currently she teaches vinyasa, power, gentle and hatha flow yoga classes to all levels. She has a Master's degree in psychological research from San Francisco State University where she is also a graduate research assistant studying positive psychology.
