Influenced by my teachers, peers, andthroughmy ownlife experiences, my aimis to allow each studentto
have their own unique experience on their mat. With a string focus on body and breath (pranayama)
awareness, I use hands on and verbal assists, and deliver my cues in both English and Sanskrit. Through
intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, my goal is to have students leave each class feeling relaxed
andrejuvenated.

2015 | Shift Outdoor Yoga | Calgary
Teaching yoga in the park for individuals in the community,
class sizes averaging at 10-12 people.
2015 – Present | City of Calgary | Calgary
I work with City of Calgary employees, at multiple locations
throughout the city, teaching for multi level classes and
providing hands on assists.
2015 – Present | Lululemon, Y4TP | Calgary
A complimentary class hosted by lululemon, teaching a
hatha inspired flow to all level students, finishing my
classes with pranayama and a short meditation.
2015 – Present | Private Instructor | Calgary
I travel to the homes of my multiple clients, with a
sequence that has been completely tailored to the specific
needs of the student. I have taught a range of styles from
hatha, power and vinyasa flow, to prenatal, and yin
restorative flow.I like to lead a gentle meditation at the end
of each session, leaving my student(s) feeling relaxed and
rejuvenated.
2016 – Present | University of Calgary | Calgary
The university is a private corporate client; I visit 1-2 times
per week. The class is suited for beginners and students
who are brand new to their mats. My sequences are
structured to help students build their foundation and
work from their feet up.
2016 – Present | Yoga Santosha | Calgary
I manage the studio at Yoga Santosha and have co-led
multiple classes with the owner, Candace Cooke. Classes
are generally split in a yin/yang format, myself leading the
Yang part of the class, and offering hands on assists.
2016 | Streamline Dental | Calgary
A registered corporate class, with a vinyasa flow catered
around common injuries amongst dental staff; creating
space in the shoulders, with work on the upper back, neck,
and wrists.

YOGA FOR MOUNTAIN BIKERS
Exploring yoga and related stretching and
strengthening techniques that will improve mobility
and prevent injury on the bike. Participants learned to
target specific muscle groups to compliment
performance.
