Daniella read a chapter from a book aloud and reflected on her performance. She spoke clearly and was able to correct mistakes. However, she needs to work on using more punctuation, speaking louder, and not pausing as much when reading. Daniella felt embarrassed and scared when reading because she was worried about making errors. To improve, she will focus on punctuation, speaking louder and more confidently, holding the book higher, and preparing more before reading aloud.

1. Reading reflection by Daniella I had to read chapter two of a book called hero into a microphone and to practise my expression and punctuation.

2. Good points I think I used good expression and spoke clearly because everyone herd me. When I made a mistake I went back to it and fixed it and then got it right. I blocked out distractions really well. I think I did really well.

3. Bad points I didn't use much punctuation. I need to speak louder. I also need to look at the words properly because I keep stoping every 5 words. I need to practise the words that I don’t know. I think i could do much better on all these things.

4. Feelings I felt embarrassed and scared. I got embarrassed because I paused on words I didn’t need to paused on. I got scared because I thought I would make lots of mistakes when I was reading the book like: missing words, missing punctuation, bad expression.
