The Law of Nutrition
What was man originally meant to feed on?
- Grains
- seeds
- Fruits
- Vegetables
- Nuts
- Herbs
How can We Improve Our Diet?
Set up your nutrition goal(s)
– It vary depending on individual
– Stay on top of your nutritional goal
Know your “Sometimes” Foods and how much your
body needs
• Don’t eat until you get
stuffed
• If you’ve decided to treat
yourself, do it in a manner
that your nutrition goals is
not affected.
Know your feeding pattern and time
• Is it regular or irregular?
Not all that is tasty is healthy
• We often correlate Healthy foods with taste
– Most processed foods has added sugars
– Method of cooking really matters
– Read labels to check for preservatives
Practice Whole Food, Plant-Based Diet

• How often do you exercise?
Why Exercise?
The Law of Water
Water
• 60-65% of total bwt.
• Almost all organs depends on
water.
• Water helps in waste removal
• 10% dehydration can kill
• Amount of water per day
– Weight (kg) × 30ml/kg
The Law of Sunlight
• It’s nature most free
healing agent that can
destroy bacteria, reduce
infections
• When unfiltered, sunlight
hit the skin and produce
vit. D which is essential for
calcium absorption.
• Cardio fitness and
muscular endurance to
most athletes
The Law of Temperance
The Law of Air
• Essential part of life
(Oxygen)
• Fresh air purify the blood
• ½ of all respiratory
conditions are attributed
by inhaling poisonous air
• Air also affects your sleep
The Law of Rest
Rest
• Rest is considered indulgent in our current society and
most people feel guilty for taking just 5 minutes to do
nothing.
• Little rest linked to chronic fatigue and heart problems.
• Our brains needs to reset itself.
• It’s the time when the body heal itself by repairing the
damaged tissues
The Law of Trust
• Trust your God
• Worry is the direct opposite of trust.
• With all the pressures in life, deadlines to meet = much
stress
• When under pressure we tend to make poor decision i.e. bad food
choices
• Too much stress affects brain performance
• All these affects our spiritual, mental and physical
natures.
• Your emotions plays a great role in disease/illness
