In this project the pneumatic bumper and brake is used to protect the man and vehicle. This system is only activated when any obstacle comes in front of vehicle, the obstacle is sensed by sensor and it gives the signal to the control unit and due to this bumper system and braking system activated. Bumper is energized by compressor and it compressed the air and send it to the pneumatic piston. This system is used in any type of light vehicles.

Abstract
Power is transmitted from motor to output shaft without any interference when no excessive load acting on the machine. But major problem is faced by industry on the machine that is when excessive load will act on the output shaft then problem of overloading make the driving motor or engine to stall; which will lead to burnout of the electric motor. In extreme cases this overload will lead to the breakage of drive elements or the clutch itself. In order to avoid the damage of the transmission elements it is necessary that the input and output shafts be disconnected in case of sudden overloads. The isolation of the input driver member i.e.; motor from the output member is absolutely necessary to avoid damage itself. Such serious problem which face by the industry can be avoided by use of Torque limiter timer belt spindle drive for overload protection and this can be achieved by the overload slipping ball clutch which is an safety device used in the transmission line to connect the driving and driven elements such that in case of occasional overload the clutch will slip there by disconnecting the input and output members. This protects the transmission elements from any breakage or damage and to cope up with this situation static structural analysis is done on the different parts of Torque limiter such as Base flange, Test rig, output shaft, plunger etc. In this case according to the discussion with company person we will decide to done the static analysis of various parts such as base flange, test rig, output shaft etc

Hierarchical Digital Twin of a Naval Power SystemKerry Sado
A hierarchical digital twin of a Naval DC power system has been developed and experimentally verified. Similar to other state-of-the-art digital twins, this technology creates a digital replica of the physical system executed in real-time or faster, which can modify hardware controls. However, its advantage stems from distributing computational efforts by utilizing a hierarchical structure composed of lower-level digital twin blocks and a higher-level system digital twin. Each digital twin block is associated with a physical subsystem of the hardware and communicates with a singular system digital twin, which creates a system-level response. By extracting information from each level of the hierarchy, power system controls of the hardware were reconfigured autonomously. This hierarchical digital twin development offers several advantages over other digital twins, particularly in the field of naval power systems. The hierarchical structure allows for greater computational efficiency and scalability while the ability to autonomously reconfigure hardware controls offers increased flexibility and responsiveness. The hierarchical decomposition and models utilized were well aligned with the physical twin, as indicated by the maximum deviations between the developed digital twin hierarchy and the hardware.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

Building Safety Brake
Building safety brakes are specially designed to avoid any uncontrolled fall in
a lift system with a zip fastener.
The FPC safety brake connects the follower pinion to the structure. The
interlock takes place in a soft way leaving the platform immobilized once braked.
The EC safety brake is also a centrifugal brake that instead of nailing a fall, it
slows down it in a controlled way avoiding higher damages.
Workers and machine safety are our main cause when applying our safety
brakes.
Safety Brake for Lifts
Safety brakes for lifts are the answer to lifting platforms in the building
industry. Their main goal is workers and machine safety. Such brakes are
mandatory to accomplish current regulations on people and material service
lifts, motorized working platforms, and individuals and material lifts.
Warper Clutch
Warper electromagnetic clutches apply to the textile industry. Thanks to
them, those threads inserted in the warper keep the required tension in the
production of fabrics avoiding any incident.
Cutter Clutch-Brake
Cutter clutch-brakes need to comply with valid regulations to ensure a stop in
the case of a lack of energy. The aim is to protect both workers and cutter
machines.
The NEF clutch-brakes are portable auto pneumatics (no need of a rotary air
point) with a great working capacity, high accuracy, and acting rhythm.
Both the EFE electromagnetic clutch brake and the NEF pneumatic clutch-brake
apply to the graphic industry, the packaging industry, machinery tools, the textile
sector and the cable industry.
2. Solar Tracker Limiter
The solar tracker limiter applies to the solar energy sector. Its main
characteristic is the absorbing capacity of overcharges in any facility. This way, it
becomes a mechanical fuse. Also, it possesses a great adjustment sense that
enables to absorb any wear.
Limiters for Applications with Synchronism and Acting Detector
Types LPB and LPPSS torque limiters protect mechanisms from any overcharge
and work as a fuse that keeps synchronism. Also, they provide a signal to stop
the system at the right time.
Both torque limiters are used in labelling, drinking, packaging, and sealing
machines, and also in the renewable energy and cable industries.
