- For us our key engagement needs to be integrated into the academic experience. Students have too many add ons in their lives and it is easy to opt out, what can we do that is embedded within their academic experience – builds upon the what works model from Liz Thomas and the what works team – we see engagement as leading to enhanced belonging and student success Mentoring is the key for us and my friend from Media are going to tell you what they have achieved through their level up programme.
