If your lender participates in electronic funds transfer (EFT), your loan
will be disbursed in this manner. Otherwise, a paper check will be received
by the school for you to negotiate.
EFT funds will be applied to your account within 3 business days. Paper
Checks will be negotiated within 30 days. In either case, any credit balance
resulting from Title IV funds will be returned to you within 14 days of the
date the credit balance occurs.
You have the right to cancel all or a portion of your loan(s). If you would
Like your school to return loan proceeds to the lender, you must inform the
Business Office within 14 days of the date of this correspondence.
