This study investigates the effect of jaggery as an admixture on the strength properties of concrete, particularly focusing on M20 and M25 grades. Results indicate that the incorporation of jaggery enhances workability and compressive strength at lower rates (0.1% and 0.2%) while higher rates (0.3% and 0.4%) decrease these properties. Overall, jaggery proves to be a beneficial additive in concrete, improving various strength characteristics and workability.
