Dear frens ,we want to discuss about how to improve the Quality
Management Plan for YSE during the all life of the project, starting
from the beginning.Which is the best strategy, for example, to take
each Wp and make a specific plan for it or to create a general plan,
or both.At the same time, What kind of indicators are necessary to
create?
