annual budget of roughly US$ 2.5 million and a team of 9 employees, and simultaneously managed the Facilities
department of the Latin American regional office located in São Paulo, with an annual budget of US$ 2 million.
Was responsible for the implementation of the JD Edwards platform located at the Philadelphia head office for all South
Cone sites, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, This project lasted two years for all the infrastructure and current
business processes of the time they were installed in the Southern Cone of South America, order / production / finance.
Managed the planning and deployment of data centers in Sao Paulo, Jacareí, Montividéu, Buenos Aires, Zarate,
Santiago, Bogota, Toluca, Apizaco and Miami.
Planned and implemented the IT infrastructure at the new plant in Zarate in Argentina and new factories in Mexico in
Toluca and Apizaco, besides the sites of São Paulo, Jacareí, Montividéu, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Bogota and Miami.
Managed the Helpdesk department in South America.

Coordinated all the Windows environment migrations in the Southern Cone, starting with Windows 3.1 and DOS to the
Windows Server 2003/Windows XP network, reducing support costs due to the implementation of a standard
infrastructure in the entire region.
Coordinated São Paulo’s datacenter recovery process after a fire, restoring services/systems within 36 hours as a result
of a disaster recovery plan that was implemented for preventive purposes.
Implemented an internal network of voice channels between the São Paulo office, Jacareí plant and Buenos Aires office,
using voice/data multiplex technology, which resulted in a savings of roughly US$ 15 thousand/month for site.
Implemented a database for the Latin America HR department, implementing and supporting the MS-SQL/IIS servers for
the Miami, Mexico City, Bogota and São Paulo sites.
Implemented the PABX Lucent Definity in the Southern Cone region (Brazil, Argentina and Chile).
Coordinated the adaptation of the entire IT infrastructure for the Argentina, Brazil and Chile subsidiaries for purposes of
implementing the ERP-SAP system.
Coordinated the office transfers of the IT and Facilities areas in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico, in addition to closing
