easyGym is looking for franchisees to lead growth

Over 10 years, we tested and
proved our model through our
16 strategically placed corporate
sites across the UK. In 2018,
we felt confident we were ready
to pivot to a franchising model
that empowers indviduals and
entrepreneurs to realise success
through a proven, profitable model. We have now concluded master
franchise deals in France, Ireland, India, and Kenya with many more in
the pipeline.

with two full-time employed staff -
the gym manager and assistant gym manager.
The staff are supported by self-employed
personal trainers. A gym will also require at
least two cleaners.

Requirements of a master franchisee:
• You must believe and apply easyGym’s proven model, systems and standards to your territory.
• You are expected to own and run a corporate site(s) and have positive cash flow.
• You must have the capital to purchase the license rights for a fixed term and develop the easyGym 	
	 brand in your country.
• You must also have a commitment to agree and achieve both 5 and 10 year development plans.
• You understand the cultural and legal conditions of your licensed terroritory/ contractual country.
• You are expected to have a strong network in your territory and contacts with local financial 		
	institutions.

Over 10 years, we tested and proved our model through our 16 strategically placed corporate sites across the UK. In 2018, we felt confident we were ready to pivot to a franchising model that empowers indviduals and entrepreneurs to realise success through a proven, profitable model.   • 17. OURBUSINESSMODEL At easyGym we use a clear and effective business model. Our gyms are typically open 24/7, with two full-time employed staff - the gym manager and assistant gym manager. The staff are supported by self-employed personal trainers. A gym will also require at least two cleaners. Requirements of a master franchisee: • You must believe and apply easyGym’s proven model, systems and standards to your territory. • You are expected to own and run a corporate site(s) and have positive cash flow. • You must have the capital to purchase the license rights for a fixed term and develop the easyGym brand in your country. • You must also have a commitment to agree and achieve both 5 and 10 year development plans. • You understand the cultural and legal conditions of your licensed terroritory/ contractual country. • You are expected to have a strong network in your territory and contacts with local financial institutions. 3.
