This study examined the effect of time management on the performance of administrators in Jordanian sports institutions. It found that administrators experienced a loss of time that negatively impacted their performance. There were various obstacles to effective time management, including a lack of preparedness, personal tasks, and watching TV. The study recommended giving more attention to the constraints of time management, increasing research on time management techniques, and providing training to help administrators change habits that waste time. The goal was to help administrators in sports institutions better manage their time and improve performance.
