Objective:
I hope to gain employment with a company that I can use my past experience and
education to help the company. I am a very quick learner and love to learn new
skills. I have years of experience in sales, collections, data entry, human resource
work, and management.
Work experience:
Ina Bearing
Machine Setup Operator
August 2014- Present
I install tooling in a machine called a slitter. The slitter slits metal sheets into
whatever size the order calls for. I install the tooling and then operate the
machine as the machine slits the metal. I also have to make sure the quality is in
compliance and measure the slits with calipers and make sure it is in tolerance of
blueprint or control plan. After the metal is rolled up I have to band the coils up,
palletize them and put them up in warehouse until it is needed.
Two Hawk Employment Services
Facilitator at Campbell Soup Location
June 2014-August 2014
I was employed with the company to help temp workers get started and maintain a
job with Campbell Soup. After completing 260 hours they could qualify for
permanent employment with the company. I assisted doing payroll, issuing
uniforms, conducted safety training for departments with temp workers and
whatever other issues they may have with their employment with us at the plant.
Also, as the plant needed more workers they would have me to fill the position
needed.
Security Financial Services
Manager in Waiting
February 2013- February 2014
I specialized in lending small loans, selling insurances to clients with those loans,
and then collecting on those loans. I am licensed in North Carolina to sell Life,
Accident and Health, property, and Unemployment Insurances. I also am an
active Notary Public in North Carolina. I am currently waiting for a branch to
come open in order to apply to become the branch manager. I traveled in a 3 hour
radius between branches helping branches that need help as well as training with
other managers to learn different styles of management to incorporate in to my
own style. I had to evaluate loan applications, credit reports and compare to
company standards for loan approval.
Superior Cranes
Driver Manager/Auditor, Shipping Coordinator, Safety Coordinator
March 2007- December 2012
I had a variety of duties with Superior Cranes. I created the DOT system they
have today in order to keep compliant with DOT regulations. I audited the driver
logs for 60 drivers and provide continuous log training for those who need it. I
also kept the drivers up to date with their DOT file information. I kept the
equipment up to date with tags and IFTA stickers and inspections to make sure
they get completed as needed. I also had to prepare Shipper Export Declarations
and shipping invoices to ship items oversees and work with the freight forwarders
to accomplish a successful shipment to and from the job oversees. I also was the
assistant trucking supervisor. I did all the new hire paperwork for all CDL new
hires in order to make sure their paperwork is DOT compliant. I also possessed a
CDL license and from time to time drove a tractor trailer for the company on
short hauls. I also was promoted as Safety Director to oversee Safety in all 6
locations for our company.
Aaron’s Sales and Lease
