I. INTRODUCTION:
DTU Corp have been operating since September 2008. We currently operate majorly in
education: overseas education counseling, teaching life skill (I am unique program),
managing an overseas Vietnamese students community, operating a language center, and
developing solutions to enhance people’s lives

II. MARKETING PLAN FOR YOUR SCHOOL IN 2016
1. High school visits
DTU usually organize school events during early January to early March, and
sometimes during September to December. You may not need to fly over to HCM to attend
these events. You can just pay for booths at certain schools you like, and DTU’s staff can
represent your school to sit at counseling tables. You can refer to the schedule and the list
of high schools to know more information.
The purpose of school events is majorly for branding and reaching to high number of
high school students.
Location: high schools in HCMC and some in Dong Nai, Binh Duong
Date & Time: refer to the appendix
Deadline: confirmation and payment by 31st December 2016
Cost:
a. If you take part in 10 locations or above
- Cost: 90 USD/booth (equivalent to 125 SGD/booth)
- Seminar at DTU office, free of charge: you will be entitled for a seminar at DTU
office, free of charge, at your convenient time and date. DTU will invite those
students who are interested in your booth during the events, as well as potential
students in our list.
b. If you take part in 5 locations or above
- Cost: 120 USD/booth
- Seminar at DTU office, free of charge: you will be entitled for a seminar at DTU
office, free of charge, at your convenient time and date. DTU will invite those
students who are interested in your booth during the events, as well as potential
students in our list.
c. If you take part in less than 5 locations
- Cost: 140 USD/booth
DTU will provide manpower, drinks and transportation from DTU office to school
locations.

2. Education fair (co-organized with Oversea Vietnamese Students Community)
DTU will together with Oversea Vietnamese Students Community
(www.facebook.com/OverseaVietnameseStudentsCommunity) to co-organize the education
fair “Education for Future”.
Location: Da Nang city, Ha Noi city, Ho Chi Minh city
Venue: at 5-star or 4-star hotels
Date: 13th, 15th and 16th July 2017 (in Da Nang, Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh
respectively)
Cost: to be updated precisely at least 2 months before the event; the referenced
participation fee for Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi events is as follows:
 Platinum participant: 1440 USD
 Gold participant: 1180 USD
 Silver participant: 810 USD
The participation fee for other cities is 75% of that of Ho Chi Minh/Ha Noi event.
If you want to attend the event but not able to fly over, we will still be able to assign
staff to represent your school at your booth.
Sales target: DTU will aim to achieve 2 to 5 students for your school after the event

3. DTU seminar: “Smart overseas study, less worry on finance”
The purpose of this event is to provide useful information to potential students and
their parents regarding smart pathways to an international education, tips to save cost,
meeting returned overseas students, and other helpful topics.
We would be much honored to have you join the event as a sponsor and we will make
your school noticeable during the event.
Location: Ho Chi Minh, Ha Noi, Da Nang, Hue, Nha Trang, Vung Tau
Venue: 5-star or 4-star hotel
Date:
- 25th and 26th March 2017 in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh. Deadline of confirmation:
by 31st January 2017
- 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th August 2017 in Dong Nai, Vung Tau, Binh Duong and Ho
Chi Minh. Deadline of confirmation: by 20th July 2017
- 16th, 18th and 19th November 2017 in Hue, Nha Trang and Ho Chi Minh. Deadline
of confirmation: by 15th October 2017
Cost: 810 USD/table for Ho Chi Minh and Ha Noi event, 650 USD/table for events in

4. Seminar / info-session / coffee chat
This is an event for only 1 partner school at a time. DTU have conducted many
seminars in Ho Chi Minh city and other cities and provinces such as Ha Noi, Da Nang,
Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Can Tho, Tien Giang, Vung Tau...
Recommended location: HCMC, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Vung Tau, Da Nang
Venue: usually conducted at DTU’s seminar room, and sometimes at hotels or certain
high school/college/university campus, or at DTU’s cafe (for coffee chat)
Time: depending on partner school, as long as confirmation is done with us 1 month
before the event date
Cost: minimum 500 USD for an event at DTU’s seminar room, for events in other
provinces we have to add in transportation cost, or for events at hotels we have to add in
room rental cost, so please contact us for more information
Duration: 2 – 3 hours (for only 1 school partner)
Number of guests: 10 – 30 (online and offline), estimated
Sales target: DTU will try to achieve 1 to 4 students

5. Sponsorship for DTU Study Guide (co-authored with Oversea Vietnamese
Students Community)
The DTU Study Guide will be delivered to walk-in guests, prospects, potential parents and
students at high schools, etc...Also, there will be a soft-copy version that parents and
students can download from DTU’s websites. The sponsorship will be used to share with
DTU the cost of printing and distribution. We look forwards to 4 articles from partner
schools to be placed on the inside pages.
Deadline: confirmation by 15th January 2016
Cost:
- Logo on cover page: 175 USD per logo
- A6-sized article (1/4 of A4 page) on inside pages: 275 USD per article
- A5-sized article (half of A4 page) on inside pages: 475 USD per article
Description of DTU Study Guide: A4 size, coloured, 16 to 24 pages; content about
overseas education, study guidance, career guidance. 4 schools’ articles will be selectively
placed from page 4 onwards.
Number of print units: 7,000 – 10,000 hard-copies, estimated to be delivered for free to
students in year 2016
Distribution plan:
- 3000 – 4000 units: delivered to 20 – 30 high schools, especially during school
visits from Mar to Apr 2016
- 1500 – 2000 units: delivered to 10 – 15 high schools, especially during school
visits from Sep to Dec 2016
- 1500 – 2500 units: delivered to prospects by post, walk-in guests and guests
attending seminars/info-sessions/video-conferences
- 1000 – 1500 units: delivered to guests attending education fairs
- Last but not least, soft copy version of DTU Study Guide will be available for
download by a pool of 200,000 leads.
