Dropbox is a free service that lets you bring your photos, docs, and videos anywhere and share them easily to your family, friends or just anybody whom you like to share your files with. All you have to do is upload files to Dropbox and you would be able to access it wherever you are. It is so termed as a backup service because that is what Dropbox is all about. When you accidentally lose your hard disk or flash drive, you need not worry. Just login to your Dropbox web folder and get hold of your files again.

Google Form is a useful tool to help you plan events, send a survey, give students a quiz, or collect other information in an easy, streamlined way. (https://support.google.com/drive/answer/87809?hl=en)
This is also another tool that I enjoyed learning. I always have fun when I get to choose a design and options are easily available. When I learned how to do this, I created a Quiz form which I sent to my cousins for them to answer. Questions in the quiz were all trivia that are mostly for kids. They all have fun even if they did not get all the answers right. They asked me to make more quizzes as it is entertaining .
Jing captures anything you see on your computer screen, as an image or short video, and lets you share it instantly. I find it so useful when I want to create a short video to give instructions or make clarifications just about anything. I am non techie and so when I learned how to use this software, I felt like a geek. I then made a short video on how to erase a background of an image, which I learned from my mentor Jomar Hilario. Then I shared it to my sister which was in awe with what I created. She thought her sister has turned into a tech savvy.
Pinterest is a content sharing service that allows members to "pin" images, videos and other objects to their pinboard. It is a tool for collecting and organizing things you love. Users can create and manage themes-based image collections such as events, interests, and hobbies. I have in my board's images of coffee, home offices, virtual assistant stuff among others. Because I am somewhat of a visual learner, I am personally enjoying Pinterest.
If you are like me that love to browse the internet, then probably you'd love Evernote as much as I do. Any article that I find interesting or photos that I like will be saved in my Evernote. Then anytime when I'm free, I just open my Evernote and check what I keep there for reading or viewing. Other than saving articles or photos, there's more in Evernote. You can create checklists, share videos or images and can take down notes. Among all my personal folders on my laptop, Evernote is the busiest and fullest. Not a day passed that I did not use Evernote since I knew about this app. It is simply useful and helpful to get you organized. Feel free to find out more of Evernote's awesomeness in my basic tutorial.
