This is the story we have been working in 1r during the Sport and Health week in Ernest Lluch School, Abrera, Barcelona.

2. Hello! I’m Dora. Today I’m going to the
dentist!

3. I have to wait in the waiting room. I can
read a book, color a picture… What do you
do when you go to the dentist?

4. The dental assistant is calling my name!
It’s my turn! Let’s go to the dentist’s
office!

5. Wow! Let’s see what we
find in the dentist’s
office! Everything is
clean and neat!

6. LIGHT
X-RAY

CHAIR
MIRROR

7. Time to X-ray my teeth! It shows my
bones and my teeth to make sure they are
healthy!

8. The dental assistant is
taking a photo of my
mouth with the X-ray.

9. Here comes the
dentist! She’s going to
clean and check my
teeth!

These are the materials the dentist
is going to use to check and clean my
teeth.

11. Open your mouth really wide!
OPEN!

12. The dentist shows me how to brush
my teeth. When do you brush your
teeth?

13. Time to floss my teeth
with dental floss! My
mummy can help me
every night! This helps
keeping my teeth clean!

14. Oh no! A CAVITY! This is
a little hole in a tooth.
We have to fill it in!

15. I was such a good patient that the
dentist game me a new toothbrush and a
sticker!

16. Bye bye Mrs.
Dentist!
