This document provides information about a seminar to launch Rujuta Diwekar's book "Don't Lose Out, Work Out". The event will take place on February 24th, 2014 at Bombay Gymkhana. ▪ There is a need of increasing awareness amongst the people about workouts and to
initiate them towards workouts . Workouts can be of any form viz. jumping ,cycling ,
going to gym, yoga , swimming, dancing or as simple as walking.
▪ Thus, there is a seminar cum launch of the much long awaited book of the famous
author Rujuta Diwekar ‘Don’t Lose Out , Workout’ on 24th Feb,2014 at Bombay
Gymkhana.

the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
▪ He was awarded the Padma Shri in 1991,

8. MICKEY MEHTA
▪ Mickey Mehta is India's leading Holistic
Health Guru for over 25 years, with a
successful 13 years old association
with Femina Miss India. He has
contributed to bringing in many
International Crowns to India.
▪ He is the owner of 360 Gym and its
centres are all across Mumbai.
▪ He is the only trainer of Bollywood
actress Bipasha Basu .
