This study aims to analyze the correlation between deviated nasal septum and chronic rhinosinusitis. The objectives are to study the grades of deviated nasal septum and the clinical severity of chronic rhinosinusitis using diagnostic nasal endoscopy, and to evaluate the association between the grades of deviated nasal septum and the clinical severity. The methodology involves a cross-sectional analytical study of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis and deviated nasal septum over 18 months at a tertiary care hospital in Maharashtra, India. Patients will be evaluated based on symptoms, diagnostic nasal endoscopy to confirm chronic rhinosinusitis, and assessment of deviated nasal septum severity and its correlation with clinical severity.
