 Keep digital file in its archive for non-circulating/non-profit use and educational purposes
 Use of the digital file of the original film in the DMZ Docs Archive for non-circulating/non-profit use and educational purposes

I, as a copyright holder or official delegate, hereby understand and agree that after selection of a film,
the festival has the right to
• make a digital copy of the film with Korean subtitles if selected as festival program.
• It will not cause any loss of image quality and the copy will be strictly maintained in the festival office.
• The copy can be preserved for encore screenings no longer than 1 year after the festival as DMZ Docs Digital Archive
converted on the purpose of screening.
• In case of special screening, agreement prior screening should be obtained by copyright holder.
• use 10% of the original contents of the film, up to a maximum of three minutes, for publicity and online purposes
• use all publicity materials to promote the festival
• allow industry professionals to access the video library to view the film during the festival
and will not withdraw submission for DMZ Docs.
