For Distributors with Fixed monthily installments with non refundable basis.
 Distributors have to pay Installment of Rs. 5000/- per month till 12 months from the date of
signing of agreement with the company.
 He will be given permission of 20 joining per month till 5 years from the date of signing of
agreement.
 Rs. 50,000/- can also be paid if the distributor agrees to pay in one shot payment. (Rs.10000/-
will be given as discount to distributor).
 Distributor will be provided 1% on the balance transferred to retailer on the balances given in the
slab of 2.5%, 3%.
 0.5% will be provided on the balance transferred to retailer with benefit of 3.5%, 4% and 0.25%
will be provided on bulk purchase of 4.5%, 5%.
 Rs.5000/- will be as non-refundable amount in any case.
For Distributors with Fixed monthily installments with refundable basis.
 Distributors have to pay Rs. 5000/- as a refundable amount from the date of signing of
agreement with the company.
 Distributors have to pay Rs.550/- per joining as the registration amount of retailer to the
company.
 Distributor will be provided 1% on the balance transferred to retailer on the balances given in the
slab of 2.5%, 3%.
 0.5% will be provided on the balance transferred to retailer with benefit of 3.5%, 4% and 0.25%
will be provided on bulk purchase of 4.5%, 5%.
 Rs.5000/- will be refundable after the distributor will make minimum 20 retailers for the
company if he fails to do so than the amount will not be refunded.
 The work of distribution will be provided for 5 years from the date of signing of agreement with
the company.

2. Supreme India Power Recharge Coorporation
For Distributors with no amount basis (FREE LAUNCHERS).
 Distributors have to pay nothing to the company.
 He will be given permission of 30 joining per month till 5 years from the date of signing of
agreement.
 Distributor will be provided 0.5% on the balance transferred to retailer on the balances given in
the slab of 2.5%, 3%.
 0.5% will be provided on the balance transferred to retailer with benefit of 3.5%, 4% and 0.25%
will be provided on bulk purchase of 4.5%, 5%.
 Distributors have to pay Rs.550/- per joining as the registration amount of retailer to the
company or Rs.570/- will be deducted from the balance of the balance of distributor account.
 Distributor has to maintain Rs.20,000/- minimum balance in his registered number.
For the persons who want to have full name of there firms and company.
 These companies have to pay Rs.1,25,000/- in installments of 6 months from the date of signing
of agreement with the company.
 Companies will be provided with the benefit of joining of any numbers of retailers by there own
system with the help of codes.
 Companies will be provided by margin of flat 4% with the amount paid to us.
 Companies will be provided by own server number and customer care number by us. (toll free
number can also be provided by us if required).
