1. Initial Purchase by Direct Customer : Rs. 1000. ( You will select the products
from Human Nutrition, Animal Nutrition, Organic products for Agriculture,
Life Style diseases products, Herbal Cosmetics and FMCG).
2. Company is not charging any fees for Registration, Training Material,
Renewals etc.
3. Repurchase of Rs. 500 every month.
4. Within six months, ie. Five levels, you will get Remuneration of Rs.3 Cr in
total. From 7th month you will be getting Royalty of Rs. 60 Lacs every month,
in addition to this you will be appointed on Board of Directors of the company
and shall be given Company Shares.
5. We have given you a facility of nomination by which, your income or royalty
shall be passed on to your nominee, so that your family shall be secured.
Hence this will be like your own business, which you will pass on to your next
generation.

6. Remuneration shall be disbursed on 15th and 30th of every month into your
Bank account. Performance Bonus shall be calculated on your Individual,
Team and Company Performance.
7. Direct Customers/Members will have 10% discount on product MRP.
8. Anyone who buys products above minimum Repurchase amount for the
purpose of sale will have 30% discount on product MRP. People who want to
do business shall be in this category eg. Individual Direct Sellers, Medical
Stores, Gyms, Beauty Parlors, Nurseries, Schools, Colleges like institutions,
Aanganwadis, Clubs, NGOs like organizations, Doctors, Agriculture,
Horticulture, Floriculture professionals, Dairies, Poultries, Live Stock
professionals etc. Company shall inform them to pay VAT, as they cross the
minimum threshold limit.

9. Team Leader shall be given Distributorship with 5% commission on monthly
sales. As our network expands new Distributors shall be appointed at every
taluka/ tehsil for ease of availability of material to our Customers. VAT
payment shall be taken care by the company.
10. Everyone will have a access to online portal with their individual User ID and
Password, by which they can track their Teams Performance, train and guide
them to keep the network mobilized. Company will give you Identity Cards
and all necessary documents.
11. If you have any innovative idea or concept OR you know some one with such
talent, you can commercialize the concept through Johnson Healthcare and
get life time royalty on the business turnover.

12. Johnson Healthcare is an Employment Generation Project under MAMI ( Mai
aur mera INDIA Foundation) which helps and supports under privileged to get
right to Education, Employment, Health and Nutrition.
13. In future all our members shall be benefitted through all these activities of
Mai aur Mera INDIA Foundation
14. Our Company is 100% compliant to Current Guidelines on Direct Selling. All
our members shall get free counseling on Health and Nutrition, Agriculture,
Animal Husbandry, Education, Employment through our experts panel.
15. Cooling off period: The Direct seller/Customer/Member has an option to opt
out from the Johnson Healthcare Business within 30 days of Registration
date.

16. Buy-back Policy: A Direct Seller/Customer/Member is allowed a buy-back
period of 30 days from the date of receipt of product purchase.
17. If Direct Seller/Customer/Member is inactive for two consecutive years or
more then he/she will be blocked or terminated.
18. Executives, Managers, General Managers, Presidents and Directors will
conduct Regular Training Programmes for their Subordinates, Guide and Train
them, and motivate them to achieve predetermined targets.
19. Any Product Complaints, Suggestions for improvement or Grievances shall be
addressed to Company through Contact Page mail, and it will be closed and
informed to you within 45 days of addressing the issue.
20. You can track your individual and Team Performance through Business portal,
through your registered user ID and password.

21. Certain Obligations of Direct Sellers/Customers/Members :
A. Always visit to Customer with Company Identity Card and with prior
appointment/approval.
B. Customers have to be informed about themselves, Company,
products and services offered by the Company, terms and conditions
and relevant policies truthfully.
C. Avoid all types of misleading, deceptive or unfair trade practices, give
correct information on yourself, company and products.
D. After crossing the threshold VAT limit, you need to pay VAT
Compulsory.
9. Terms and Conditions
22. Company shall maintain all personal confidentiality about their
Customers, Members and Sellers. It is the responsibility of all stakeholders
to maintain the same.
23. After payment of the goods, receipt of payment/transaction details shall
be given to Distributor for receiving the goods. If local Distributor is not
available, company shall deliver the goods at your given address within 10
days.
24. Any violation to this clauses shall be informed to Company through
Complaint Redressal Mechanism. Similarly any violation to any of the
clauses stated above by any Member/Customer or Seller may block or
terminate the registration permanently.
