Sonali Pradhan presented a seminar on the role of education in promoting unity in diversity. The seminar discussed key concepts such as:
1) Unity in diversity values understanding differences and sees them as enriching interactions rather than just tolerating them. It promotes learning skills and values for students.
2) Components of unity in diversity include multiculturalism, multilingualism, and equity.
3) Multicultural education aims to provide equal access and opportunities for all students regardless of their backgrounds. It incorporates diverse cultures and perspectives into the curriculum.
Multiculturalism refers to cultural diversity where two or more groups with distinctive beliefs and cultures exist in a society. It implies a positive endorsement of cultural diversity. Multiculturalists believe that cultural diversity is compatible with political cohesion and that people have multiple identities. Living in a multicultural society fosters cross-cultural tolerance and understanding as people communicate, share ideas, and learn from each other's perspectives. While some argue that multiculturalism could lead to the loss of cultural identity, overall there are more advantages such as the promotion of respect, tolerance, and a more peaceful environment between different cultures.

In Odoo, making a field required can be done through both Python code and XML views. When you set the required attribute to True in Python code, it makes the field required across all views where it's used. 1. Since 1996, the Slovenian Lifelong Learning Week has been paving the way for a profound
understanding and implementation of the culture of lifelong learning by attracting public attention to
thousands of inspiring educational, promotional, information and guidance, as well as social and cultural
events. The festival has grown into a movement which annually involves from 700 to 1,100 institutions,
NGOs, interest groups and other stakeholders. In the national level School Centre Celje is high schools
coordinator. In 2013, the Slovenian Lifelong Learning Week took place between 13th and 19th May.
During this week our students made one workshop with title Be active citizen. Workshop focused on
understanding the role of the individual in society, identifying values, acceptance of diversity and
knowledge of their rights and duties. Citizens disclose a high degree of political apathy as well as
involvement in other public matters. One of the most important goals of this workshop was to found a
way to motivate and encourage citizens/students to take part in all levels of the socio-political
development. The practice of active citizenship is therefore a question of being empowered to handle
the practice of democratic culture, rights, duties and feeling that one has a stake in getting involved in
the communities in which individual’s lives.
On workshop students wrote slogans on posters:
