The first population of the Italy was
the ancient roman from 753 BC to
476 AC and then Italy was
fragmented into little kingdoms.
In 1861 Italy was united with the
monarchy. The first king was Vittorio
Emanuele II.
On the second June 1946 the
Republic of Italy was proclaimed.

The most ancient church is the Romanesque church of San Severino, dedicated to
the patron of the city in the center of the town.
Museum: MAT - It retains a considerable archaeological heritage, with exhibits
from the Paleolithic to the Middle Ages, and a gallery with works of the modern
age.

and special events
Music courses: Students can learn to play guitar, piano, trumpet, saxophone and
clarinet.
School magazine: “La Gazzetta delle Medie” is our school magazine.
Erasmus projects: We have had a long tradition of Erasmus projects since 2004 ,
currently we are running 4 Erasmus projects.
