• Farmers Catastrophe Response Team monitors the weather nationally 24/7/365
• Deploy Mobile Claims Centers (MCCs) after disaster strikes to provide food, water, internet, sundry items, claims services
• During Hurricane Harvey, established a Farmers Village and teamed with Pet Partners
• Farmers has worked with nonprofit SBP to help rebuild communities in Joplin, San Marcos, Sea Bright and now Houston
• Wrote the Disaster Recovery Playbook
• Corporate culture focused on giving back through volunteer opportunities and the Farmers Family & Agency Funds
• Adopted Houston in 2018 with a goal of welcoming 100 families home this year
