Tsunami is a huge wave caused by earthquakes under the ocean or underwater landslides that displace large volumes of water and cause waves to travel far from their source. Tsunami waves can break houses, decrease populations as people and animals die, change temperatures in impacted areas, and slam down with terrifying force. After tsunamis, many houses are broken down and people lose their homes, affecting individuals' economies and requiring government assistance to help those who lost houses. Tsunamis can kill over a million people and increase disease and other problems as populations become sick.
