Welcome Note from Chairman
It is my utmost honour to be hosting the 2nd Global Digital Transformation Summit
as the Chairperson. This year, we bring forth the best speakers and delegates
from all over the world, with various expertise in many areas including AI, robotics,
blockchain, AR, VR and other innovation trending solutions.
To lead in the new digital economy, organisations need to transform and scale its
business and innovate at a great and faster pace than ever before. They need to
be driven by a customer centric and digitally empowered workforce that embraces
technology with a high degree of innovation. Technology and data are the central
core of DX, fuelling more efficient operations, new revenue streams from innovation
and eventually enhance its customer loyalty agenda. To be truly transformational,
organisations and executives must leverage digital leadership, information, new
operating models and talent management initiatives, adopting an “outside-in” approach
in the strategy development.
We trust this Summit will bring forth lots of sharing across many industries and expertise,
most of all, the value of networking among the delegates, which will not only sharing of
best practices but also sparking off potential business collaborations.
