The process of creating new customer experience to the
customer by upgrading the traditional methods which the
companies are built upon and accepting the changes of the
current trends by using the technologies like cloud computing
which is used to store the large mount of the data on the remote
server and get access the data from it anytime and anywhere
And using the technologies like industry4.0 that which
uses the internet of things (IoT) in the manufacturing industries
to make work efficient and work faster.
Due digital transformation the processing of the data and
analysing is becoming much easier for business analyst for
expansion of the organisations.
