"Creating a Breakthrough Social Media Digital Strategy for 2020 And Beyond"
Social media is maturing as an industry; it's simply not what it used to be. No longer can you just set up a profile, page or a group and hope that your businesses starts to see the "halo" effects. It is no longer just about your posts and likes. It's not about the number of fans. But, I'm sure you've already realised that, as drops in organic reach continue to slow businesses down.
You're only one click away from your competitors. Businesses without a solid digital strategy for their social media will not be able to breakthrough the clutter and noise of what is there and what is coming.
It's going to be a brave, new digital world in 2020 - but only for those businesses who take the time to create an effective strategy that aligns their value with what their audience is actively seeking to solve their challenges. And, a strategy that helps your business correct itself upright under all conditions that you encounter
is your digital strategy ready to support your business? Now's your chance to find out.
Here's what you will learn:
1. How to create digital 'moments' that moves your customer forward towards action
2. How being only 1º out of alignment will cause havoc to your business future, and how to correct to your true "course"
3. How to create a foundation and a keystone that showcases your real value to your audience
4. How to future-proof your business with a strategic architecture that provides flexibility and fluidity in your business, and gives you the focus to create your own breakthough
5. Social media canvases
6. Make a case study with the digital leadership index
HUMAN DIGITAL is our trend report #6. Although it is about digital, it is not about the jargon, like “personalisation,” “real-time,” and “co-creation.” It is about natural human instincts to improve the standards of their living... this time digital living.
Some trends might have already been captured in other markets. This trend report is about the Middle East, so as always we apply a strict rule: if we don't find numerous local examples, it is not a trend.

Tips to Resist a Controlling Corporate Culture - Rebel Jam June 2015Celine Schillinger
Do you feel constrained by your organization and its culture? Do you want more space to push forward innovative ideas, and feel better at work? Here are a few tips, taken from my experience. Hope they help!
Quality Mindset. Health & Care Radicals Inspiring Industrial Quality ImprovementCeline Schillinger
How do you change a corporate culture, from top-down command-and-control, to purpose-based and activist? How do you leverage the power of communities and massive volunteerism, to reload engagement? Can Quality lead the change? This presentation was made at the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare organized by the British Medical Journal in London on April 22 2015.
This presentation (in French but with few words) traces the history of a spontaneous social movement for gender balance in the workplace, and draws key lessons from its success. It's about changing the way we work, and shifting from bureaucratic hierarchies to the emergence and connection of energies and ideas. It's about nurturing corporate rebels.
How to change the corporate culture of a big, old company? How to make people aware that gender balance is a performance driver? How to bring people from non awareness to awareness, then interest, then action? In this presentation to EuroComm 2013 I have shared how a few colleagues and I have built a community for women - from the bottom up. Conveying disruptive ideas to the very top of my organization through a social community has been a very fruitful experience, with a huge impact at collective and individual levels. It has also provided very interesting learning that I am now putting in practice at work to create value for the company.
Artificial intelligence (AI) offers new opportunities to radically reinvent the way we do business. This study explores how CEOs and top decision makers around the world are responding to the transformative potential of AI.

The case study discusses the potential of drone delivery and the challenges that need to be addressed before it becomes widespread.
Key takeaways:
Drone delivery is in its early stages: Amazon's trial in the UK demonstrates the potential for faster deliveries, but it's still limited by regulations and technology.
Regulations are a major hurdle: Safety concerns around drone collisions with airplanes and people have led to restrictions on flight height and location.
Other challenges exist: Who will use drone delivery the most? Is it cost-effective compared to traditional delivery trucks?
Discussion questions:
Managerial challenges: Integrating drones requires planning for new infrastructure, training staff, and navigating regulations. There are also marketing and recruitment considerations specific to this technology.
External forces vary by country: Regulations, consumer acceptance, and infrastructure all differ between countries.
Demographics matter: Younger generations might be more receptive to drone delivery, while older populations might have concerns.
Stakeholders for Amazon: Customers, regulators, aviation authorities, and competitors are all stakeholders. Regulators likely hold the greatest influence as they determine the feasibility of drone delivery.

What is a humane organization of labor?
“It is an organization of work that recognizes the irreducibility of a
gap between the prescribed organization of work and the actual
organization of work, with the ability to maintain a space for
negotiation in between.
It is a space for collective deliberation on the work rules.
This deliberation allows the production by each collective of unique rules -
deontic activity.
It’s a sin qua non condition for negotiating and defining the achievement of a
common goal. It is also a condition for building mutual aid and solidarity
between the members of the collective” Ch. Dejours

“Diversity is a strategic advantage for a community if, and only if, there
is a vibrant network of relationships, if there is a free flow of
information through all the links of the network. Then diversity is a
tremendous strategic advantage.
