IPKO Foundation aims to support young leaders in Kosovo with a digital vision. It runs several digital diplomacy projects including App Camp Kosovo, which challenges participants to build the best Kosovo app, and Wiki Academy, which improves online content about Kosovo. The projects have been very successful, with App Camp receiving over 150 participants and 18 app ideas, and Wiki Academy adding over 3000 pictures and 116 articles to Wikipedia. Digital Kosovo is an online portal that helps integrate Kosovo into the digital world through citizen contributions and diplomatic cases.

• IPKO Foundation is a local operating
foundation in Kosovo. Our goal is to seed and
support the development of the next
generation of leaders with a digital vision for
Kosovo. These young leaders may come from
any sector or discipline but are united in their

4. • The goal of AppCamp Kosovo is to bring together
innovators, application developers, designers and
entrepreneurs and challenge them in a
competition for building the Best Kosovo App
(Apple and Android) in four categories: News and
Information, Culture, Heritage and Traditions,
Tourism and Economy, Games and Entertainment.

 Awards amounting 12,000 Euros and a special award of
a trip to Mobile World Congress in Barcelona

Prishtina and Gjakova
