• Establish a system of recruitment and adaptation of club members, reach

• Work out the replenishment and maintenance of the endowment to pay
for the administration of all projects carried out by the RCKI
• Establish relationships with all steak holders needed to implement projects:
state and local authorities, national and local media, a number of bloggers
and opinion leaders, and more.
• Develop systemic fundraising tools both within the country and abroad
(sponsorship, crowdfunding, public budget, patronage, endowment,
membership fees, global grants, etc.).
• Develop and implement an internal system of training members of the
club, Rotaract and Interact, so that the system of mentoring, assistance,
donations to juniors.

31. “Ecopolis” project GG2016965
• We want to create a game for children Ecopolis, using augmented reality
technology, in which we will introduce children to environmental issues, including
pollution from solid waste
• The game will be available on Android & IOS mobile devices
• Children will receive play currency in exchange for sorted household waste that
will be handed in at school and at recycling points.
• We plan to make the project in Nikolaev (Ukraine), and then to scale together
with Rotary and Pepsiko across Ukraine and all over the world.

• The project is designed to help in socialization, adaptation and career
guidance with a special teacher (tutors) for children
• The project is developed also for training parents and social worker to
become tutors for children with disabilities
