Participants in Working Group 2 (i-Teacher) have prepared presentations on the impact of Cloud-based teaching, teacher education, training and on the relationship between the “use of Cloud-based teaching” and the mobile, connected and social media use in i-classroom. Discussion and analysis is focused on the identification of training needs for teachers and trainers and produce a guide to Cloud-based terminology. The issues associated with mainstreaming innovation has been discussed and a series of recommendations resulted to a model of vision and practical strategic outlines. These are published as a training needs manifesto for educational organizations and for decision makers.

Technology in ESOL Classrooms & Preparing Teachers for Successful IntegrationSandra Annette Rogers
The panel explores successful integration of technology in ELL elementary classrooms, considering the why (research findings) and how (practical examples and demonstration of technology). It also discusses training: 1) how teachers can be successfully prepared in teacher education programs, and 2) two online TESOL professional development opportunities in technology. Participants are given the time and opportunity to ask questions and share.

The research was conducted at Cebu Technological University Barili Campus, Barili, Cebu as a bases for Proposed Curriculum and technology integration Instructional Guide Through Departmental LAC sessions to strengthen the Domains and Objectives during actual instructional setting. The 650 respondents 600 Students and 50 Teachers distributed from three secondary schools in Toledo City Division namely Luray II National High School, Matab ang National High School and Toledo City Science High School wherein Descriptive –Correlation and Purposive sampling was used for the distribution of survey questionnaire instrument which aims to assess the level of technology Implementation integration in instruction in senior high school curriculum through its domains and objectives such as classroom activities, Research Works, Product Performance Task Monthly School Celebration Activities, Faculty Professional Communication, Learners Extrinsic motivation towards academics and Learners Monthly Percentage Attendance as well as to determine the barriers and challenges occur during the implementation of technology integration towards curriculum instruction a basis for upgraded instructional guide to be developed. Gathered data were treated using total weighted points, weighted mean, and correlations. Based on the findings and after a careful analysis and interpretation of the study, it is concluded that enabling motivated instructional guide through technology access is the best way to enhance learners 21st century skills. Presenting different methodologies we use for addressing and implementing effective methods for online teaching and training. Our goal is really to create significant learning experiences for our students and we want to keep them engaged in learning the material. We want to create a high energy environment for learning in the course room and allow our students to consider how these concepts that we are presenting to them in the course can be applied to their professional and personal environments. The Web 2.0 tools encourages to students to share information and knowledge within the course. This builds community, team skills, peer interactions. As students become validated by their peers and share knowledge and information, it increases their self-concept. Web 2.0 content generated by our students and faculty include welcome videos, project and feedback assessment, demonstrations, and student presentations for both end of term projects and client presentations.
