e) Found an alternate for terminal server (Serial-ETH convertor) as ADVANTECH instead of DIGI; Saved `1.5 Million for NRLDC
f) SICAM 1703 RTU time synchronization: SIEMENS proprietary Time-frame structure getting developed from SERTEL; Saved
`1.2 Million of Non Conformation Cost for NRLDC
