Strong for shoe price analysis based on manufacture complexity. Have been working with adidas
brand for 16 years, and had experience of working for other brands such as Fila, Head, Carvil,
etc.
Ability to see big pictures of costing, Years by years labor cost and overhead will increase, but
market price needs competitive. Therefore, this becomes a challenge that needs to achieve.

HIGHTLIGHTS OF DELIVERED PROJECTS:
1. Costing Trainer for Shyang Wei Group.
Started November 2009, A trainer for costing member in Shyang Wei group to increase skill of costing member in SHW group.
2. Special Project Adidas “ADICOLOR”
I have been a costing leader from factory side for special project Adicolor in 2005.
Adicolor is adidas project for limited edition, the lead time very short from develop until production.
Adicolor had 7 levels shoes and 7 articles each level and for level 1 adidas produces 1,000 pairs each articles, and level 2 produce 5,000 pairs and
increasing level will increase production as weel
