 Manage a team effectively and ensure production timely
 Adhere to the company’s risk culture; promote and drive the same in the team.

 Re-inforce the importance of early identification and escalations of issues relating to production

 To Identify and review control gaps on a regular basis along with team and implement the

 Review the errors reported and create action plan for the bottom line performers.
 Promote ethical behavior, encourage the team to identify and report issues related to code of
conduct, company policies and ethical standards.
 Conduct daily team meetings to discuss process and org wide updates, queries raised and
resolution received, errors and the action plans devised around the errors, new changes at the
process level, set expectations for the depending on the volume, trainings due and available for
the team.
 Conduct one on ones with the team members to discuss their comparative performance in terms
of productivity, accuracy, issues and concerns, individual development progress, participation in
org wide and department wide activities; their adaptability, expectations and thought related to
changes in process if any.
 Create a work distribution matrix for the team depending on the individual skill sets and process
training keeping in mind the client deliverables.
 Create training plans for the new joiners and monitor the training through training tracker, daily
e-mail and weekly one on ones with the new joiners.
 Have cross training plans for the team and monitor the same so that every team member is cross
trained on every activity.
 Have a leave planning in place for the team.
 Ensure team participation in business continuity trainings and ensure that employee data is
updated on the portal accurately.
 To ensure proper documentation and approval of existing and new procedures.
 .Participate and encourage the team to participate in innovation drives, provide ideas that can be
reviewed and implemented.
 Promote best sharing practices within the team.
 Drive the team to participate in organizational and team level activities.
 To drive continuous improvement initiatives in the team.
