Leaders come in all shapes, colors and sizes and what works for one may not for another.  To listen and learn is the key to developing  your  own unique style which should, if you wish to be effective, be shaped by circumstances and those you come into contact with. And each one has their own unique style and traits; one size does not fit all.

Leadership is not merely someone who can inspire others through their physical presence or booming voice but rather one who is willing to use their strengths to advance their convictions. According to Gandhi, truth was a powerful weapon, needing no others. Indeed, truth has proven to be the most powerful weapon humanity has even known.  His honesty and ability to identify with the average person allowed him to lead his people in a non-violent revolution resulting in the end of British rule in India
