Farm tools and equipment play a very important role in
every farm practice and operation. Hence, as a learner
you should be able to know, identify, and learn their
uses to become a successful farmer someday.

1. Hand Tools are the simplest tools since they are used with your bare
hands in performing farm operation and practices in a small farm or
vegetable garden in the backyard or in school.

animals or mounted machineries (hand tractor, tractor) and which are
usually used in the preparation of land. These are usually made of a special
kind of metal.

production, harvesting, and care of farm products, and includes trailers that
are used to transport agricultural produce or agricultural production

shellers, hammermills, and machinery used in the production of
horticultural, agricultural, and vegetable products.
