Usability AnalysisPeople prefer to park cycles in sun-  shade as cycle stand doesn’t have  it  In absence of cycle stands the cycles   are parked randomly anywhere in the sun shade  Parking in hurry Usability AnalysisEven though the cycle stand is therepeople avoid to use it Cycles are usually parked  along thepathways

USER SURVEY Cycle stands don't have  shelters
 People park behind our parked cycles
 At peak hours it is difficulty to find a slot
 No self positioning
When crowded it is difficult to lock the front    wheel with   stand, doesn't solve the purposeSometime cycle tire gets stuck in the stand
Handle bar gets entangled with other cycle
Stand is not inviting
 Doesn’t find it necessary to park the cycle in the    cycle stand  Stand is far away from the destination
 Makes scratches on the rim of wheel
 Try to neglect when in hurry
 In hostel stands at rear are not effectively used
 Don’t have any problem using the product
It is difficult to locate after parking the cycle
Cycle with double stand creates a problem
